Processing Time
All graduation leis and cap toppers are custom-made. Please allow 3–6 weeks for processing before your order is shipped. Processing time does not include shipping time. During peak graduation season, processing times may vary.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, we are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. Any issues with delivery must be addressed directly with USPS using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
